"The service our family received from Joe Bornstein was superlative. We engaged Joe to sell a property in Florida which included a lot split ( 2 homes on 1.25 acres). We live in Ohio and have demanding schedules. So thank God we found Joe through a very satisfied client whom Joe had previously served well. Fortunately, our homes met the criteria for a lot split. However, the local government office did not follow through on a timely basis nor did they return phone calls or emails to allow the split to take place. As a result, Joe made the trip from another city to personally call on the appropriate government offices to bring the lot split to fruition. He had to make multiple trips and follow up calls. As a result of his perseverance and professionalism he got the job done.
