Joe Bornstein at Rock Springs Realty is the best Realtor in all of Florida. My wife and I started looking for a home to purchase as newlyweds & first time home buyers. We started our search in the Apopka area, so we found Joe's website and gave him a call. Right away Joe was looking to take care of business. He put us in touch with a mortgage broker to see what our budget was and got a pre-approval letter just in case we needed to make a move on a property. There was zero pressure EVER to decide on a house, in fact Joe always told us to sleep on things and not get emotionally attached to anything as we shopped. That paid off big time for us. We ended up waiting another couple of months before we got serious about buying. We started looking at other areas of Central Florida, and realized how knowledgeable Joe really was with not only the Apopka area, but all over Central Florida.
We ended up finding a house and community we liked in the Lake Nona area. So we went with Joe and he walked through every house we looked at and checked everything very thoroughly to make sure everything seemed in its place. It turns out Joe also has experience in the contracting side of home building as well...great for us! After we decided on the house to go after, which was a brand new D.R. Horton home, we told Joe what we expected to pay and he went to work. He spent the evening researching info and analyzing data. When we went to meet with the sale rep, Joe showed up with his boxing gloves and a body bag. He hit him with a right to the head, then an uppercut to the body, and before we knew it the rep was out cold!!! Not only did Joe do better on the price than we were expecting, but he also got them to throw in about 8k in extras!!! Our relationship didn't end there. Knowing that we were very inexperienced in the home buying process, Joe asked if he could come to closing to make sure that the mortgage company, the builder, and the title company all had there T's crossed and I's dotted. Joe went above and beyond any other Realtor that I have ever heard of.

We were referred to Joe by a tenant of my employer in Orlando as he was very knowledgeable with the area we were trying to locate a home in, (Lake County). When I spoke to Joe on the phone, I knew he was the Realtor for us. He was upbeat, personable and a definite go-getter.
Joe would take us to up to 13 properties in a single evening knowing that my fiancé and I had to work daily. He would meet us at any property I wanted to see, even if he knew that it might be a bust. Joe sent me numerous properties and worked diligently with us until we found the “one". The first home we placed a bid on was a short-sale and a lengthy albeit failing bid due to rejection from the bank. When we first met with Joe Bornstein at Rock Springs Realty, he took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. Joe is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale. Joe Bornstein is the best Realtor I have ever met. He sold my pre-foreclosure home from start-to-finish as a short-sale in a mere 56 days – an absolutely amazing feat!
